TASTE OF POLONIA 2005

As in the past, members of the Chicago Society volunteered to assist at Taste of Polonia by working at the bars, an important source of income at the festival for the Copernicus Foundation. Frank Czaja was Chairman, organizing the Society's working contribution to the event. Fred Koziol, seen in several photos wearing his trademarked bandana, spent the better part of the day and evening at his post.

If there are too many pictures of T. Ron Jasinski-Herbert below ... well, it was his camera. He admits, though, that he was "working" on the wrong side of the bar.
