Brother
Romuald Matuszczak, Chairman of the Chicago Society's Pre-Parade Brunch,
opens the event at the Gold Room of the Congress Plaza Hotel.

the guests were Franciszek Adamczyk, Consul General of the Polish
Consulate in Chicago; Congressman Rod Blagojevich; and Blagojevich Aide
Ewa Sieradzka.

the Polish American community and its many contribution to society.

of the Chicago Society parade up Columbus Drive in Downtown Chicago as a
unit of the Polish Constitution Day Parade.

The
Chicago Society marchers were followed by a trolley, which has become
the society's traditional parade entry, with more members and wives.
|
Some
of the parade participants "hitched" at ride from the trolley
back to the Congress Plaza Hotel, a short distance from the parade
route.
