MEETING OF NOVEMBER, 2006
The November meeting of the Chicago Society was the biggest of the
year. Ninety-five members attended to enjoy a Thanksgiving Dinner,
Turkey Raffle and Elections.
Although there were almost a hundred voters, with the exception of
the presidential election, contested races resulted in extremely
close results, leading to a very interesting evening. The contests,
however, indicate the interest that members have in the
organization and their willingness to serve.
The meeting and dinner took place at the Lido Banquet Hall on
Chicago's Northwest Side.
Photos were taken by Bill Drozd and processed for the website by T.
Ron Jasinski-Herbert.
