MEETING OF MAY 2007

Agnes Ptasznik of the Illinois Attorney General's Office spoke about Consumer Fraud, describing the pitfalls and the possible remedies, at the May meeting.

The meeting site was the Village Pub and Cafe in Niles, Illinois. A new locale for the Society, the reviews were mixed with some members feeling the accommodations were not appropriate and others believing that the atmosphere led to greater camaraderie. Everyone agreed, though, that the food was excellent and plentiful.
