Guest speakers at the May meeting were Karen Popowski and Joanna Borowiec of the Polish American Association (PAA), which was founded by the Chicago Society as the Polish Welfare Association and later changed its name. Popowski retired after 17 years as PAA Director and Borowiec has taken up her duties.

An open forum was held regarding a poll that was held via this website regarding meals at the meeting and invoked a spirited gentlemanly discussion.

Walter Chruscinski presented memorabilia for auction at the next meeting.
