MEETING OF FEBRUARY, 2010

Brother Norbert Barszczewski, introduced by Brother Frank Czaja, addressed the membership at the February meeting about social networking on the Internet with emphasis on Facebook, LinkIn and Twitter. A brief question and answer period followed his formal presentation.

Our special Pledge of Allegiance is always used, but this a rare occasion on which the standard Pledge was made. Brother Mark Orwat, newly chosen St. Joseph, our chaplain, delivered the benediction.

As usual, various Directors presented their reports. At the conclusion of the meeting, announcements For the Good of the Order, as is customary.

The meeting took place at Sawa's Old Warsaw in Broadview, Illinois, where members enjoyed a smorgasbord dinner featuring carved ham or beef.
