ANNUAL GOLF OUTING 2009

The 2009 edition of the Chicago Society's popular golf outing was held on July 10 at the Carriage Greens Country Club in Darien, Illinois.

President Charles Komosa personally accepted chairmanship of the event and his efforts, assisted by other Chicago Society members, resulted in an even larger attendance than last year. Golf was followed by a banquet and a raffle, where the fun and camaraderie continued.

Sobieski Vodka provide several cases of the Polish product for both refreshment on the course and raffle prizes. As the pictures demonstrate, though, the "Sobieski Girls" were every bit as popular as the libations they were dispensing.

The proceeds go to the Scholarship Fund,  administered through the Chicago Society Foundation. The recipients, however, are chosen by the Chicago Society itself.
